Policies & questions
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. When you book direct, you can check in from 12:00 and leave at 14:00 whenever the villa is free.
How do I pay, and is there a deposit?
We ask for a 30% deposit by card, Wise, or Indonesian bank transfer once your dates are confirmed. The rest is paid on arrival, in cash or by card, with no card fees.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund of your deposit. Inside 7 days, your deposit becomes credit for another stay within 12 months.
Are children welcome?
Yes. The Family Pool Villa and the Grand Villa work best for families. Cots and high chairs are free, and we can fit a pool fence for Rp 150.000 per day.
Can you cater for vegan, gluten-free, or halal diets?
Yes. Everything is cooked fresh, so just tell us on WhatsApp before you arrive and our cook will plan around it.
